Our target market spends a lot of their free time on social media. It is only natural to grab their attention while scrolling down their news feeds. Being active on social media helps gain trust and understanding of our brand's products and services, while also building your brand's awareness and entertaining your target market. You have to stay active with your responses, answering every question that your target market may have. Going above and beyond for your customers will only improve your services. You can even benefit from negative feedback if there are any. Your response to negative feedback should always be positive and helpful, as this will paint your brand in a positive light. Reaching digitally only customers is all about gaining trust. I believe my customers drive my business. Me connecting with them online or digitally was fairly simple. Before I started my raffle online I had about 75 customers. I took to internet marketing with Facebook and Instagram. From there it has grown to a little more than 200 customers because I feel I gave them a level of personal care. Not only do I check in on my customers regularly. I try to find ways to show them I care. My Customer Appreciate Raffle was a great way the bring in new customers and show my older customers attention, connecting with them on Facebook, Instagram and Google ads with customized interactions and active responses. Paid advertisements encourage meaningful personal connections and interactions.
